Mr Abhishek Kumar Singh

Head of Security Engineering, Singapore, Check Point Software Technologies


Abhishek is the Head of Security Engineering (SE) at Check Point Software Technologies in Singapore. In this role, he leads and mentors a team of security engineers, serving a myriad of clients including government, enterprise, and commercial sectors. His primary responsibilities include aligning and formulating cyber security technical strategies and managing customer queries and issues whilst driving business growth in Singapore.

As a trusted cybersecurity advisor, Abhishek ensures high customer satisfaction through ongoing field support. His role emphasizes maintaining robust client relationships and delivering expert guidance on cybersecurity trends and solutions and is a prominent and respected security spokesperson at key industry events in Singapore.


Mr Anthony Lim

Fellow, Cybersecurity, Governance & FinTech, Singapore University of Social Sciences


Anthony is a pioneer of cyber-security and governance in Singapore and the Asia Pacific, with nearly 30 years’ experience as an executive, consultant, instructor, auditor, and advocate. He has held inaugural senior regional leadership roles at Check Point, IBM, CA (now Broadcom) and Fortinet, managed major national cybersecurity projects, and co-authored a leading international certification for cloud security. He teaches and develops content for universities and professional bodies, and frequently speaks at seminars, roundtables, and in the media. Anthony also serves on industry awards and scholarship boards, and is an ISO-27001/42001 Lead Auditor, AI Governance Professional, and Life Alumni of the University of Illinois.


Mr Chin Shao Yang

Founder, Statera Solutions


Shao Yang is the Founder of Statera Solutions, where he leads the development of Avenlis, an AI security and red teaming assistant for Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications. His work applies leading frameworks such as MITRE ATLAS (Adversarial Threat Landscape for Artificial-Intelligence Systems) and the OWASP Top 10 for Large Language Models (LLMs), with a focus on adversarial Machine Learning (ML), AI vulnerability research, and AI security compliance. He is also an active contributor to the AI Vulnerability Scoring System (AIVSS) under the OWASP Agentic AI Core Security Risks Initiative, helping shape global standards for AI security. Shao Yang also serves as Vice Lead of the ISC2 Singapore Chapter Youth Wing, where he drives initiatives to support and develop the next generation of cybersecurity professionals.

Craig Sanderson is a leading authority in cybersecurity with over 25 years of industry experience. As Infoblox’s Principal Cybersecurity Strategist, Craig is at the forefront of shaping and implementing cutting-edge cybersecurity strategies to elevate organizations security posture from evolving threats.

Craig's career included roles as a technical consultant, solutions architect, and Vice President of Security Product Management, along with proactive engagement with government bodies, regulators, and industry groups made him a sought-after expert in the field.

Craig's passion for cybersecurity is evident in his commitment to promoting best practices through policy advocacy, regulatory frameworks, and the development of protective DNS adoption programs. Mr Hoi Wai Khin

Partner and the Deputy Industry Lead for Technology, Media & Telecommunications Practice, RSM Singapore


Wai Khin is a Partner and the Deputy Industry Lead for Technology, Media & Telecommunications Practice at RSM Singapore. He heads the Technology Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) team and has over 20 years of experience in Information Security, Data Protection, and Business Continuity. Recognised for his passion and contribution in the GRC space, he is a recipient of ISACA’s Singapore Infosecurity Leader and IT Governance Leader in 2024, as well as AiSP’s Cybersecurity Leader Award in 2022. Wai Khin is currently volunteering with ISC2 Singapore Chapter as an EXCO member.


Mr Jon Lau

Director, Cybersecurity, A*STAR


Jon Lau is the Director of Cybersecurity at A*STAR, where he leads strategy, policy, and governance with a strong focus on preparing for quantum-era threats. As Vice-Chair of the SGTech Quantum Cybersecurity Workgroup and President of SingAREN, he champions national and regional efforts to drive quantum-safe awareness and infrastructure readiness. Recognised with the OpenGov Recognition of Excellence award for promoting quantum cybersecurity, Jon also serves on the boards of SUTD’s ISTD Industry Advisory Board and Asia Pacific Advanced Networks, and has been conferred the prestigious title of Fellow by the Singapore Computer Society.


Ms Neha Malhotra

VP, Tech Risk & Controls Lead, JP Morgan


Neha Malhotra is a distinguished Cybersecurity leader with around two decades of work experience in technology & cybersecurity across Financial, consulting and technology firms. She holds CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CRISC, PMP, AWS and blockchain certifications. Neha serves on the Executive Committee of SCS Cloud Computing chapter, & has earlier served on the ISC2 Singapore-chapter executive committee. She is actively engaged with serving the community by conducting cybersecurity awareness, career sessions and mentoring professionals and students. Neha is a sought-after speaker at industry conferences, & an active DEI advocate. Her expertise & contributions have been recognized with numerous prestigious awards and accolades consistently over the past several years. Neha has keen interest in emerging technologies and she strongly believes in constant learning.



Mr Prasanna Ravi

CEO, PQStation Pte Ltd


Prasanna Ravi is the CEO and Co-Founder of PQStation, a startup spun out of Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore, dedicated to developing enterprise-grade solutions for quantum-safe migration. He also serves as a Research Scientist at NTU’s Digital Trust Center, where he specializes in Post-Quantum Cryptography and its real-world applications. Prasanna earned his PhD from NTU in 2023 under the guidance of Dr. AnupamChattopadhyay and Dr. Shivam Bhasin, focusing on how to implement post-quantum cryptography securely and efficiently across different computing platforms. His work has influenced the NIST PQC standards and has been published in top-tier cybersecurity venues worldwide. Most recently, his research uncovering vulnerabilities in popular open-source PQC implementations earned Best Paper at TCHES 2025.



Dr Roberto Dillon

Academic Head, Science & Technology, James Cook University


With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Roberto Dillon is an Associate Professor and Academic Head of the School of Science and Technology at James Cook University Singapore. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from the University of Genoa and a postgraduate Certificate in Cybersecurity from the Rochester Institute of Technology. A prolific author, he has published ten books with major imprints, including CRC Press and Springer. Dr. Dillon is a strong advocate for FOSS and has also developed open-source tools himself. His research focuses on human-centered cybersecurity, including UEBA and gamification to engage people in novel ways. He also collaborates with international organizations and universities, e.g. CyberPeace Institute in Geneva, Simulation Team in Genoa, and Sapienza University in Rome. Vivek Chudgar is Managing Director of Mandiant Consulting in JAPAC – Google Cloud, responsible for managing client relationships, sales and delivery of Mandiant services in the JAPAC region. Vivek focuses on the Incident Response (IR) and Strategic Assessment services. Vivek has close to 20 years’ experience as a trusted advisor to CISOs of blue chip enterprises in Asia Pacific and the US. At Mandiant, Vivek leads a crack team of IR consultants responding to complex security incidents for large enterprises involving tens of thousands of computers.
