ISC2 SINGAPORE CHAPTER CODE OF ETHICS
All ISC2 Singapore Chapter members are required to commit to fully support this Code of Ethics (the "Code").
There are only four canons in the Code. By necessity, such high-level guidance is not intended to be a substitute for the ethical judgment of the professional.
Code of Ethics Preamble:
Code of Ethics Canons:
Ethical Complaints Procedure
ISC2 Singapore Chapter members are professionals and are expected to behave in an ethical manner. They are expected to make difficult ethical decisions and to support one another in doing so.
By
publishing these procedures, the Chapter does not expect, invite,
solicit, or encourage such complaints. The use of these procedures is
for the sole purpose of protecting the reputation of the profession and
the Chapter. They are not intended to be used to coerce or punish
Chapter members.
ISC2 Singapore Chapter members can send an email to report@isc2Chapter.sg upon observing any action by an ISC2 Singapore Chapter member that breaches the Code.
Complaint/s will be reviewed by a Review Committee which is headed by the President, supported by the Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. ISC2 Singapore Chapter members who intentionally or knowingly violate any provision of the Code might be subjected to action by the Review Committee. Disciplinary actions are at the sole discretion of the Review Committee. Decisions of the Review Committee will be confidential and are final.
