Mr Anthony Lim

Anthony Lim is a pioneer of cybersecurity and information technology governance in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region, with some 30 years of professional experience, as consultant, educator, auditor, business leader, mentor and advocate.

He is a long-time well-known speaker at many business, industry, government and academic conferences, workshops, committees and executive roundtables, and is featured frequently on local and international media (print, internet, broadcast). 

Anthony is an AI governance professional and Global Fintech Institute industry fellow.  He co-authored an international acclaimed cloud security professional certification, is charter member of a government cybersecurity committee and a life alumni member of the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

Ms Daisy Radford

Daisy Radford is a serving member of the ISC2 Board of Directors and a Principal at Control Risks. With extensive experience across cyber, technology and strategy, she focuses on the intersection of emerging technology, national security and business risk. Daisy has held senior leadership roles across the defence and technology sectors in Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and UK. She is passionate about strengthening cyber resilience, developing cyber talent and helping organisations navigate an increasingly complex and unpredictable digital risk landscape

Mr Dan Wendlandt

Vice President, Product management, Cisco

Dan has been a leader in open source networking and security world since 2008 when he helped start Nicira, the company that created and led the software-defined networking (SDN) movement. At Nicira, Dan drove the creation of the Open vSwitch and OpenStack Networking open source projects, and led product strategy for their commercial product, the Nicira Network Virtualization Platform (NVP). In 2012 VMware acquired Nicira for $1.2B, where the Nicira technology and team formed the foundation of what would become VMware NSX.

In 2017, Dan co-founded Isovalent, the company behind the foundational cloud native open source technologies eBPF (ebpf.io) and Cilium (cilium.io). Dan led Isovalent as CEO, helping build Cilium into the de facto standard for Kubernetes cloud-native networking and security across both cloud and on-premises environments while partnering with leading enterprises, growth-stage startups, and telcos on the adoption of Isovalent’s enterprise offerings. Isovalent was acquired by Cisco in April of 2024, and Dan continues to lead the Isovalent team, which operates as an independent unit inside of Cisco.

Mr Eric Wong

Director of Cyber Operations & Technologies, Synapxe

President, ISC2 Singapore Chapter

Eric Wong is Director of Cyber Operations & Technologies at Synapxe, Singapore’s national HealthTech agency. He leads operational cyber defence and drives cyber strategy and security architecture for Singapore’s public healthcare sector, where resilience, availability, and trust directly impact patient care.

He has built and matured cyber defence capabilities across one of the largest and most complex healthcare environments in Singapore, including Security Operations, incident response, and threat intelligence, alongside enterprise-wide security engineering that operationalises controls and tooling across diverse systems and platforms. He leads a team of over 100 cybersecurity professionals to defend highly interconnected environments where security decisions must balance risk, usability, and real-world outcomes.

Eric also contributes to Singapore’s cybersecurity ecosystem, including the revision of the Multi-Tier Cloud Security (MTCS) standard.

He holds the GIAC Security Expert (GSE) certification and multiple cybersecurity certifications including CISSP, CISSP-ISSMP, CCSP and CISM. He also holds a Master of Science (Distinction) in Computer Science (Information Assurance) from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School and a Master of Science in Defence Technology & Systems from the National University of Singapore.

Beyond his professional role, Eric serves as President of the ISC2 Singapore Chapter, volunteers at the Association of Information Security Professionals (AiSP), and is a regular speaker at conferences, sharing practitioner-led perspectives on cyber resilience and security at scale.

Mr James Fong

James leads the ServiceNow Technology Workflow, Risk, Security solutions business across Asia driving the technology operations and assets, integrated risk, security and resiliency management agenda through innovation with AI and solution-based technical advisory. The Technology Workflow, Risk, Security solutions business is the largest business pillar at ServiceNow.

At ServiceNow, James drives the Autonomous IT and Autonomous Risk & Security tracks with AI-powered foundation to defend smarter with AI agents that autonomously stop threats, improve security and asset posture, and integrate risk and compliance into one seamless workflow.

He brings with him a wealth of experience having been instrumental in implementing comprehensive risk and resiliency management, compliance & assurance, security frameworks, technology solutions for top corporations throughout the region for close to 20 years. He has worked with Boards of Directors in addressing corporate-wide issues and advised them on linking technology, risks, resiliency and business objectives.

He is also a prominent and regular speaker at local and international thought leadership forums and conferences on technology, risk management, resiliency, security and internal controls.

Mr J.M. Porup

CISO, Berachain

J.M. Porup secures billions of dollars of fungible, non-reversible digital cash as CISO of Berachain, his third crypto CISO role. He has 25+ years of experience as a security practitioner, including seven years as a cybersecurity reporter for Ars Technica, The Economist, CSO Online, Motherboard, and the Christian Science Monitor.

Traditional enterprise security approaches don't work in crypto. Compliance-driven security programs often mitigate regulatory risk and neglect adversarial risk, because data breaches are the cost of doing business. But if North Korea steals all your money, then you go bankrupt.

Kyle Turner is a globally recognized solutions engineering executive with 28 years of experience. Over the course of his career, Kyle has held senior technical leadership roles at industry leading Cyber Security firms, including Cisco, Google, Splunk, and Palo Alto Networks. Through these experiences, he has developed deep expertise in Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, and Enterprise Infrastructure. Mr Loi Liang Yang

Lead Solutions Architect, XBOW

Loi is a Lead Solutions Architect at XBOW, specializing in autonomous offensive security with AI. He previously served as a Principal Security Technical Account Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he advised large enterprises on security strategy and protection against advanced threats. Before AWS, Loi was a Security Software Segment Leader at IBM. He holds the CISSP, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), and CompTIA Security+ certifications, and is a 14× AWS Certified Golden Jacket holder. Loi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computing from the National University of Singapore and runs a YouTube channel on cyber-security with 1.2M subscribers.

Mr Willis Lim

Executive Director, CyberSG Talent, Innovation and Growth (TIG) Collaboration Centre

Willis Lim is the Executive Director of the CyberSG Talent, Innovation and Growth (TIG) Collaboration Centre, where he leads a team to drive cyber security talent, industry and ecosystem development in Singapore. Prior to joining NUS, he was Director of the National Cyber Threat Analysis Centre within the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA), which performs all source analysis of cyber threats and other developments that threaten security in cyberspace. Willis has also been in other roles in public service, including the National Security Coordination Secretariat in the Prime Minister’s Office, the Risk Assessment and Horizon Scanning Programme Office, as well as the Singapore Police Force.

Mr Yihao Lim

Lead Threat Intelligence Advisor (Middle East and Asia Pacific), Google

Yihao Lim is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with deep expertise in cyber threat intelligence (CTI) across the Asia-Pacific and Middle East region. He serves as Google’s Lead Intelligence Advisor, where he heads regional engagement efforts, builds strategic partnerships, and acts as a trusted advisor to clients on leveraging threat intelligence to manage cyber risk. Throughout his career, Yihao has focused on identifying and proactively mitigating sophisticated cyber threats, ranging from cyber espionage to financial crimes. He is highly experienced in working with government agencies and multi-national corporations, with a particular specialization in industrial control systems (ICS) and critical infrastructure protection. A recognized industry thought leader, he shares his insights with the media, global conferences, webinars, and via publications like the Journal of Information Warfare. He holds a Master of Science in Security by Design from the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD).
