NOTICE OF THE 12th ISC2 SINGAPORE CHAPTER ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
In accordance with the ISC2 Singapore Chapter Constitution, notice is hereby given for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held as follows:
Date: Friday, 25 October 2024
Time: 6.15 PM - 8.30PM (Registration/ Light Dinner starts at 6.15 PM)
Venue: HUONE Singapore, Theatre Room | 3D River Valley Rd, #03-01 Block D, Singapore 179023
Exclusively for ISC2 Singapore Chapter members. Limited capacity and strictly no walk-ins so please RSVP early to secure a slot and inform us early if you are not able to make it so that the slot can be re-assigned to someone else.
The agenda for the AGM will be as follows:
6:15 PM : Registration and light dinner
6:45 PM : Seminar by Abnormal Security
7:15 PM : Appreciation of 2023/2024 Exco members and Subco members
7:30 PM : Start of AGM with the agenda below:
1. Confirmation of 11th ISC2 Singapore Chapter AGM Minutes
2. President's Message
3. Treasurer's Report
4. Election of Auditors
5. Election of Exco for 2024-2025
6. Introduction by New Exco Members
7. Any Other Matters
8:30 PM : Networking and AGM conclusion (till 9PM)
Discussions and Motions
All professional members can raise motions for discussion including changes to the constitution at the AGM if a sufficient number of members are present.
The AGM is exclusively for ISC2 Singapore Chapter professional members in good standing. Associate Members can attend but will not be able to vote. Please send your enquiries or information requests to secretary@isc2chapter.sg.
Key dates:
1. Attendee must be a professional member of ISC2 Singapore Chapter in good standing by this date 25 Oct 2024 to vote in AGM.
