Daniele Catteddu, Chief Technology Officer, Cloud Security Alliance


Daniele Catteddu is a renowned cybersecurity executive and thought leader with extensive expertise in risk management, governance, and privacy. With a distinguished career spanning both the private and public sectors, he currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA), where he spearheads the organization's technology strategy and drives global adoption of cutting-edge cloud security practices.


As a co-founder of the CSA STAR Program, the leading certification for cloud security assurance, Daniele has played a pivotal role in setting industry standards that are widely recognized and adopted. His contributions to the field are well-documented, with numerous publications to his name, garnering over a thousand academic citations.


Daniele is an active member of several prestigious scientific and standardization committees and serves on advisory boards that shape the future of cybersecurity. He is a respected lecturer at prominent institutions such as the Maastricht University Centre on Privacy and Cybersecurity and the University of Milan. His expertise and  insights are sought after globally, making him a keynote speaker at numerous highprofile conferences.


Earlier in his career, Daniele made significant contributions as an expert at ENISA, the European Cyber Security Agency, where he focused on Critical Information Infrastructure Protection and Emerging and Future Risks. His deep knowledge, extensive experience, and commitment to advancing cybersecurity make him a leading voice in the industry.



Veronica Tan, Director, Safer Cyberspace, Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA)


Veronica Tan is the Director overseeing the Safer Cyberspace portfolio at the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA). In this role, she leads the development of cybersecurity risk assessment frameworks designed to help organizations manage their digital risks, which has resulted in the establishment of the Cyber Essentials and Cyber Trust certifications as national cybersecurity standards.


Veronica has a deep interest in emerging technologies. During her tenure at the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), she played a key role in developing technology roadmaps for cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain. Before transitioning to the public sector, she gained hands-on experience in network engineering, managing carrier-grade networks at a leading internet service provider.



Ron Wang, Senior Director of Solutions Engineering, Trellix


Ron Wang is a distinguished technology leader with a wealth of experience in the field of Solutions Engineering. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Solutions Engineering at Trellix, Ron has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to driving innovation and excellence throughout his career. With a remarkable tenure of over 15 years leading pre-sales teams at the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) level, Ron Wang has become a well-respected figure in the tech industry. His journey has been marked by successful stints at renowned companies such as Druva, Palo Alto Networks, HPE/SimpliVity, and VMware, where he consistently led teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions to clients and partners.


One of Ron's most defining qualities is his passion for coaching and mentoring the next generation of pre-sales engineers. He firmly believes that nurturing talent is key to helping organizations and their customers secure a successful journey through digital transformation. Ron's dedication to mentorship extends beyond the confines of his professional role, as he actively seeks opportunities to empower aspiring pre-sales engineers with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in today's dynamic technology landscape.



Jon Lau, Director, Cybersecurity Strategy, Policy & Governance, CISO Office at A*STAR


Jon started his career focusing on Data Mining and Artificial Intelligence at the applied R&D arm of the National Computer Board. He then went on to help spearhead Grid Computing in Singapore from 2003 to 2007. In 2008, Jon moved from A*STAR to IDA (now known as IMDA) where he worked with the industry to leverage on grid services. He then helped strategize and establish the first Government Cloud (G-Cloud) in the region in 2012. In 2015, he joined the National Supercomputing Centre and took on both the Business Development and Strategic Planning and Policy roles and currently Director in A*STAR. Jon obtained his Bachelors of Science (Computer Science) and Masters of Technology (Knowledge Engineering) from the National University of Singapore.



Chen Bin, Security and Compliance Officer at Sparkoo Technologies Singapore


Chen Bin joined Huawei as a senior global consultant in 2016, and now in charge of cybersecurity, privacy protection and compliance function for Huawei Cloud business in Singapore. Before working with Huawei, Chen Bin has had professional experience of working with the MNCs including HP, Citibank, AT&T, NTT Data and Deutsche Bank since 1995, based in Singapore. Chen Bin started his career as a lecturer and research on AI in Nanjing University China from 1990 to 1995. Chen Bin obtained his Bachelors of Science and Master of Science in Computer Science and Technology from Nanjing University China, MBA from Western Michigan University USA and Project Management’s Master Certificate from George Washington University USA. He holds the professional certifications of PMP, ITIL V3 Expert, ITIL4 MP, AWS/Huawei Cloud Solution Architect, Blockchain Solution Architect and DevOps, etc.
