NOTICE OF THE 14th ISC2 SINGAPORE CHAPTER ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
In accordance with the ISC2 Singapore Chapter Constitution, notice is hereby given for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held as follows:
Date: Tuesday, 3 November 2026
Time: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Venue: Lifelong Learning Institute, Event Hall 2-1 | 11 Eunos Road 8, Level 2, Singapore 408601
Exclusively for ISC2 Singapore Chapter members in good standing with priority given to Professional Members. Limited capacity and strictly no walk-ins so please RSVP early to secure a slot and inform us early if you are not able to make it so that the slot can be re-assigned to someone else.
Agenda:
- 6:00 PM: Registration, Dinner and Networking
- 7:00 PM: Start of AGM
- 9:00 PM: End of AGM
Executive Committee (Exco) Nominations
Exco nominations will begin as of this notice, and will close on 23 October 2026.

Discussions and Motions
All professional members can raise motions for discussion including changes to the constitution at the AGM if a sufficient number of members are present.
Any member who wishes to place an item on the agenda of a General Meeting may do so provided he gives notice to the Secretary via email to secretary@isc2chapter.sg by 23 October 2026.
Key dates:
1. To vote in AGM, attendee must be a Professional Member of ISC2 Singapore Chapter in good standing as of 3 November 2025.
