ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Zhou Zhihao | CISSP, CCSP, OSCP, CRT, ITIL
Zhihao is a seasoned Cybersecurity professional who has over a decade of experience in Cybersecurity Operations, Cybersecurity consultancy, Penetration Testing and Software Engineering. He is currently heading the Info Security team in SPTel and the Vice Secretary of (ISC)2 Singapore Chapter Executive Committee. He holds a Master Degree in Knowledge Engineering from NUS and Bachelor Degree in Info Comm Technology from SUSS. He is an advocate of lifelong learning and truly believes the importance of contributing back to the Cybersecurity community.
Neha Malhotra | CISSP, CCSP, CISM, PMP, PSM1, CBSA, CBSP
Neha has more than 15 years of experience in IT and information security, and she is currently working as the Vice President, Cybersecurity with Credit Suisse, Singapore. She has experience driving various initiatives across multiple cybersecurity domains ranging from IAM, data protection, vulnerability management, network security and more. She has also worked on a number of top risk and regulatory compliance projects as well as on remediation of audit findings. Her special area of interest is within Cyber risk management and she likes to keep herself aware of new technologies and their associated risks. She is serving as a Communications Director on the Exco board of (ISC)² Singapore Chapter since 2019 and is also an occasional speaker at cybersecurity conferences & events and likes to share her knowledge to raise awareness on cybersecurity, including addressing cyber risks associated with emerging technologies like blockchain. Neha also volunteers her time as a mentor with various organizations to help bridge the cybersecurity talent gap.
Garion Kong | CISSP, C|CISO, CCSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, C|EH
Garion has more than 20 years’ experience in the ICT sector as an information technology and security professional leading the management of IT infrastructure, application services and information security for SMEs and regional branch offices of MNCs in Asia. He currently leads the IT governance and management, as well as information security vulnerability management of the regional branch offices in Asia for an MNC software company. He is also the technical lead for the Asia Pacific region, providing specialized technical consultancy and support services for the company’s software and cloud solutions. Prior to his current role, Garion was the head of IT for a catastrophe risk modelling and research company.
Garion has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Business Information Technology. His current area of interest and specialization is in information security and holds several IT security certifications.
Garion believes in contributing back to the professional development of the PMET community and is an active volunteer serving on the Executive Committees (EXCO) of non-profit associations in the ICT industry. Garion is the current vice president of the (ISC)2 Singapore Chapter and a co-opted EXCO member of Tech Talent Assembly (TTAB) and Chair of the DevOps chapter. He is a volunteer Career Advisor for the ICT sector under the Workforce Singapore (WSG)’s Volunteer Career Advisors Initiative.
