Notwithstanding the importance of network monitoring in protecting industrial control systems (ICS), it is also important to understand the nuts and bolts of Level 0 and Level 1 devices to defend the system holistically.
This webinar provides a brief introduction to process anomaly detection, which complements network anomaly detection.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Mr. Matt Loong
Associate Director, Advisory KPMG Services Pte Ltd
Matt is an Associate Director in the Cybersecurity team in KPMG Singapore. Prior to joining KPMG, Matt worked for the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA), Critical Information Infrastructure Division, to protect Singapore’s critical information infrastructure, particularly in sectors with operational technology (OT).
Matt also spent 9 years in the gas and power utilities business, where he was a plant manager for several critical gas processing plants, as well as a project manager heading medium to large scale infrastructure construction. Matt is familiar with functional process safety, and has a proven track record of leading teams to design, build, operate and maintain critical industrial control systems (ICS).
Among his various qualifications, Matt has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity. He also holds a GIAC Response and Industrial Defence
(GRID) certification and is a Microsoft Technology Associate (Networking and Security).
