ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Gilad Friedman is an executive of over 26 years of experience in the high-tech software industry. After finishing his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Statistics, Gilad has started his career at Amdocs Ltd. as a computer programmer, specializing in Client-Server technologies. Gilad then entered the startup world with AlwaysOn Ltd., a then revolutionary startup in ASP (Application Service Provider), what ended up eventually as Cloud Technology years later. For the next 14 years, Gilad worked in an international French company, Dassault Systemes in various executive roles, also spending almost 3 years in Tokyo Japan working predominantly with IBM and its VARs. Gilad has ended his tenorin Dassault Systemes as the general manager of their Israel office for 4.5 years. Gilad was then a founding member of another startup in the Smart Home industry, SwitchBee, leading all their sales and marketing efforts, growing their customer base by over 1000%. Gilad then moved to a SaaS startup, WalkMe, who paved a new category into Software Adoption where he built their partnership strategies and execution, building relationships with hundreds of partners globally from small and mid-sized to the worlds largest. During his tenor at WalkMe, the company grew from a 200 people startup to over 1200 employees and a public traded company. Lastly, Gilad has joined Panorays, an Israeli based cyber-security startup, revolutionizing how third-party security risk management is managed end-to-end. Gilad is tasked with leading Panorays global channel strategy.
Giora Omer is an accomplished Cyber Security professional with over 20 years of experience in the field. As Chief Architect at Panorays for the past five years, he has played a critical role in developing the company's assessment engine and rating methodologies. Prior to joining Panorays, Giora served as a Principal Engineer at Imperva, developing the SecureSphere Web Application Firewall. Giora's deep understanding of Cyber Security is rooted in his experience as a Cyber Security engineer and manager at the Israeli Air Force.
