ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Melvin - Sales Engineering Manager with Forcepoint, He has more than 12 years of experience in performing advanced security solutions and DLP solutions across various industries and supported many organizations in Asia region.
He joined Forcepoint, the leader in Data Security in combating advanced threats, data lost prevention, where he developed skills in protecting customers from modern threats and loss of data in the cloud and helped them manage the most challenging and dynamic elements of security.
He started his career with a regional distributor company, responsible for providing security solution for customers. He advances his career into IT Security where he provides consultancy and solutions to protect customers from small, mid to large enterprises.
With the experiences of multiple security solutions and handling multiple large companies, he is able to understand the operational challenges of the end-user environment and have the expertise in the cutting edge security technologies in the market. This allows him to marry the relevant technologies to address real challenges that the customers are facing.
He believes that a security solution should not only help customers fix their security gaps, but also ease their security operations in an ever increasing security portfolio.
With a relentless passion for innovative security solutions, Harald is a seasoned professional with more than 7 years of cybersecurity experience, making an indelible mark in the field. Currently serving as a Sales Engineer at Forcepoint, a leader in Data Security and advanced threats solutions, Harald brings a wealth of expertise to the market.
At Forcepoint, Harald recognizes the growing trend among contemporary attackers who specifically target a company's most valuable asset, namely its invaluable intellectual property. Leveraging his expertise in data security, Harald imparts his knowledge and practical experiences to assist enterprises in formulating robust data protection strategies aimed at thwarting these malicious actors.
