About the session
With the increase of cyberattacks, Cybersecurity professionals are struggling with stress, burnout, have difficulties creating healthy boundaries and eventually affected their health and well-being. According to a research last year, 47% of cybersecurity incident responders say they’ve experienced burnout or extreme stress over the past 12 months.
It is important for cybersecurity professionals to have ability to manage stress and cultivate new habits for resilience, sustainable performance and growth in their life.
This session will equip cybersecurity professionals with both science and practical tips to manage stress, strengthen mental resilience, sustain well-being and build positive micro habits into daily life and work. This is a practical session that will incorporate experiential learning and activities to give you a rich, enjoyable and deeper learning experience.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Ratna Juita is the Founder of The MindGem Training and Consulting. She is a TEDx speaker, facilitator and trainer. She facilitates training in the area of Workplace Well-Being, Mindfulness, Well-Being, Emotional Intelligence, Personal Mastery and Presentation. She co-authored Book “Women Empowered: Personal Journeys to Become Empowered Women”.
